Image retrievals
MnIPC maintains a full 7 year image archive of all check images that are sent out for deposit or processed as inclearing items. The check archive may be easily searched based on criteria given by the user or can be linked to your homebanking vendor. Check images can be viewed online quickly and efficiently by financial institution staff and customers.
Image Archive Access Options
- Individual Internet Access: Access MnIPC’s Image Archive for your staff. A small fee will be charged for each item viewed or printed.
- Unlimited Internet Access: For a flat monthly fee, your staff will have the ability to view and print an unlimited number of check images.
- Universal Image Access: For a flat monthly fee, your staff and customers (through your home banking vendor) will have the ability to view and print an unlimited number of check images. This option also includes unlimited access for your eStatement vendor.
Image Statements
MnIPC can produce monthly check Image Statements that you can provide to your customers who have requested to have original cleared checks returned to them. Image Statements include pictures of the front and back of the check and are printed eight to a duplexed 8 ½” x 11” page.
Image Statement CD
MnIPC can produce a monthly Image Statement CD preloaded with check images and viewing software. This Image Statement CD can be passed to your customers so they can perform their own research and image retrievals.
Stop Payment Processing
Although available to all our clients, MnIPC's Stop Payment Processing service is most often used by financial institutions that use a data processing application that does not offer stop payment functionality. Stop Payments are maintained in our system for six months and account closed requests are maintained for one year. |
